CHRISTIANITY

Christianity

(Christian Religion)

(Christian)

What is the definition of CHRISTIANITY in the World today as it is believed by the masses? The dictionary definition: A monotheistic system of beliefs and practices based on the Old Testament and the teachings of Jesus as embodied in the New Testament and emphasizing the role of Jesus as savior. The collective body of Christians throughout the world and history (found predominantly in Europe and the Americas and Australia). QUESTION: Is true Christianity simply a "monotheistic system of beliefs and practices" OR is true Christianity a way of life? If so WHAT way of Life? Our world is in the mess it's currently in because people have been led to believe that Christianity is nothing more than a "monotheistic system of beliefs and practices."

Walking in the "spirit" with Jesus Christ is much more than a "monotheistic system of beliefs and practices", it's a "way of life" that the Spirit of God begins within you after you've accepted Jesus Christ as your Savior afterward of which you accept Him as your example. You as a Christian cannot have Jesus as your example before you accept Him as your Savior. There is an order to God's salvation in Jesus Christ and that order MUST be followed by the one who comes to Jesus Christ.

WHAT ARE THE PREREQUISITES? Are there prerequisites?

(Yes there are "prerequisites)

What does the scripture say is the first "prerequisite?"

· FAITH What is faith? Heb 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Faith is a real tangible "substance" but it can only be exercised by the one who understands what it IS. The substance of "faith" cannot be seen, it can only be seen in the practice of it! Is it therefore hidden when it is NOT practiced? NO! It is there even though it's NOT practiced because it is a "substance", the word substance means: The real physical matter of which a person or thing consists. But, faith that is NOT practiced cannot be seen as "consisting" until it's put into practice, it's only when it's practiced that it becomes a "real physical matter" or a "real substance' as being a part of the one who practices it.

This real practice of "the substance" of "faith" when it is practiced by the individual becomes a tangible reality in practice to the practitioner of that faith that then fosters "hope" in the individual who actually believes. That "hope" then materializes through the practice of individual faith that "hope" then is the "evidence" of the things one cannot see with the physical eyes but can be seen through the spiritual eyes of the one who practices "faith." Faith is just as real "as a substance" as the clothes on one's person. Just as the clothing upon one's body is a covering for their physical nakedness. Faith in the life Jesus Christ and the saving "work" He accomplished during His life lived for you as an individual provides a "spiritual covering" within the "spirit of man" who accepts the provision made "His LIFE" through His giving of that life on the cross. This is why the scripture says:

Heb 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Now without the added words. Heb 11:6 But without faith impossible to please for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

So "belief in faith" and that faith practiced towards God is the only way to approach God. Therefore the first prerequisite is "belief" followed by belief in faith that is the key to being a true Christian NOT believing in or following a "monotheistic system of beliefs and practices". A "monotheistic system of beliefs and practices" only benefits the various different church denominations of which some 33,000 of them cannot with true scripture "unity in truth" agree with one another.

Very little "true Christianity" can be found in the church of today, for them the word Christian means one who goes to church and joins the church and have their name on the church rolls as an active member within that church and attend the services devoutly. Friend, I have news for you, that is NOT being a Christian no matter how long you or your family generations have practiced it. No one is saved by the church since the church is made up of the people within it, to believe that the church could save you would be the same as you believing you can save yourself. The church regardless of the denomination can save NO ONE. This is what makes the Roman Catholic Church practices through their claim to be able to absolve "sin" through some bogus priest is a heretical church denomination. No church member who practice of "confession" made to a man, or any amount of "Our Fathers" or "Hail Mary's" can absolve anyone from sin. The very practice is an "abomination" before God, that is why Rev 17:5 calls that specific church the MOTHER of her HARLOT Protestant daughters an ABOMINATION on the earth. Rev 17:5 And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.

Well, you say I'm not Catholic so I don't have to worry about that church or what it preaches. Oh, really! What your church denomination preaches and teaches is made up of Roman Catholic traditions, and you follow the Roman Catholic Church traditions in your church whether you want to believe it or not, doesn't detract one iota from the truth of it. ALL Protestant churches on the face of the earth today with the exception of a few follow the traditions of the Roman Catholic Church in some form of their church liturgy. Before Jesus comes again there will be ONLY (two) choices for people, the scripture identifies these two choices as the "Sheep from the Goats" or the "Tares among the Wheat", there is NO third category.

True Christianity today is NOT found in any of the 33,000 different mainline Protestant church denominations who claim to follow Jesus. It may be found in specific individuals within these churches, but ONLY those who don't follow their church's teachings nor follows their traditions but that of the Word of God alone. QUESTION: What mainline Protestant church denominations today follow the word of GOD as it is written? ANSWER is NONE! None of them follow the word of God, they all follow the traditions of their MOTHER church the Roman Catholic Church System. Every mainline Protestant church denomination teaches:

  • The (Immortality) of the human soul
  • That (the dead) have conscientiousness immediately after they die
  • That (Hell) is an eternal place of punishment
  • That Sunday is the bible "Sabbath" day
  • That the (dead saint) goes immediately into heavens bliss upon their death

These FIVE errors alone should convince anyone who wants to follow Jesus that their church doesn't preach nor teach the word of God. Any church that doesn't preach the word of God is a (false prophet) and part of Babylon the Great. In reference to the above FIVE issues, let's see what the word of God says concerning these five issues.

  • The (Immortality) of the human soul God's word says in: 1Ti 6:15,16 Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords; Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honour and power everlasting. Amen. ONLY GOD is IMMORTAL!
  • That (the dead) have conscientiousness immediately after they die God's word says in: Ecc 9:5,6 For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten. Also their love, and their hatred, and their envy, is now perished; neither have they any more a portion forever in anything that is done under the sun. If the dead saint immediately went to heaven when they die, according to God's word they couldn't even remember that they were a Christian on earth, nor could they love Him as they attempted to do in their earthly life. They couldn't even remember (the memory of them is forgotten ) themselves that they were a Christian on the earth as their "love, and their hatred, and their envy, is now perished" GONE upon their physical death.
  • That (Hell) is an eternal place of punishment God's word says in: 2Th 1:9 Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power. TAKE NOTE: It's "everlasting destruction" NOT "everlasting ongoing destroying", also take note: They i.e. the wicked who are destroyed for all eternity will NOT even be "present" where the Lord could look upon them, they are destroyed with "everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power." Never again to be present before the Lord not will His "glory" or power be exercised wither way towards them, they will be GONE forever for all time from His presence and power.
  • That Sunday is the bible "Sabbath" day God's word says in: Exo 20:10(a) But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: Deu 5:12-15 Keep the sabbath day to sanctify it, as the LORD thy God hath commanded thee. Six days thou shalt labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: [NOT the FIRST day of the Week which ALL Sunday churches keep. I'll personally give you $10,000 dollars if you can prove by scripture that Jesus changed the Sabbath He created from the seventh day to the first day as a day of worship. The verse you will attempt to use is this verse but nowhere in this verse does Paul state it's a worship day.Act 20:7 And upon the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, [They gathered to eat together] Paul preached unto them, ready to depart on the morrow; and continued his speech until midnight. Paul was getting ready to leave on the second day of the week we call Monday and they had a Sunday night dinner together before he left for his errand. God's people "preach 24/7" if they belong to Him and Paul was no different this night. Just because he preached to his guest doesn't mean that it was a day of worship. ALL FOUR of the gospels clearly state that the day that followed the seventh day Sabbath was the 1st day of the week we call Sunday. The previous day the Sabbath had ended but Paul still felt the need to preach so he continued on the first day here when they gathered to eat together.] in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, nor thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thine ox, nor thine ass, nor any of thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates; that thy manservant and thy maidservant may rest as well as thou. And remember that thou wast a servant in the land of Egypt, and that the LORD thy God brought thee out thence through a mighty hand and by a stretched out arm: therefore the LORD thy God commanded thee to keep the sabbath day.

Mat 28:1 In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week

Mar 16:1,2 And when the sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, had bought sweet spices, that they might come and anoint him. And very early in the morning the first day of the week, they came unto the sepulchre at the rising of the sun.

Luk 24:1,2 Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them. And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulchre.

Joh 20:1 The first day of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, when it was yet dark, unto the sepulchre, and seeth the stone taken away from the sepulchre.

The bogus day of worship which is Sunday is a Roman Catholic tradition and is NOT biblical folks. Yet, your church follows Rome above the word of God. Does it really matter which day one worships on as long as one worships? Not if whom you worship is NOT God, but if it's God it certainly does matter. Jesus said: Mat 12:8 For the Son of man is Lord even of the sabbath day. What was He saying here? That, He was the CREATOR who made the Sabbath day at creation week.

· That the (dead saint) goes immediately into heavens bliss upon their death. QUESTION: Was King David a saint of God? God's word says: Act 2:34(a) For David is not ascended into the heavens. David says: Psa 115:17 The dead praise not the LORD, neither any that go down into silence. Pauls says: 1Th 4:15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. The dead are asleep in their graves.

Christianity as its practiced today is a (false Christianity) but "who cares?" One day you will care and I pray that it's not too late for you to believe God's word above your church and it's apostate preacher. He himself unless he believes the word of God over and above what his seminary has taught him will himself be lost to God in the end if he doesn't repent from his heresy.
