The Greatest Story Ever Told, RE-TOLD

There have been many attempts to tell the story of Jesus by various writers over the years. One of the latest is called "The Chosen" by Dallas Jenkins. However, Mr. Jenkins is seeing the telling of the story from the eyes of a man. My question to Dallas Jenkins is "When was Jesus Chosen?" When did God decide to have an "Only Begotten Son" and chose to use that Son as the Redeemer the "Savior of the World" fallen? When did that take place in eternity past that God the FATHER chose to make Jesus the Son the Redeemer of creation? If you can answer this question, then and only then will you fully understand just who Jesus is and why He came as the Savior of the World.

Find a quiet place where you can be alone. Sit in silence for about 10-15 minutes and in your mind's eye, see yourself traveling through the stars backward in time at the speed of light. As you travel backward into eternity past the stars begin to pass by slower now as your journey is approaching your destination. Still slower you see the heavenly bodies now clearly as your travel is almost over and you are entering the "third heaven" the dwelling place of God. Now your journey is over and you find yourself standing atop a great mountain, looking down upon the Garden of Eden on the valley floor.

All around you are flashes of lightning as heavenly angels travel to and fro. You find yourself suddenly face to face with an angel who doesn't have to inquire why you're there, he already knows why your there. He knows that you're there to get an answer to the question of "When was Jesus  Chosen" as the Savior of the World and did Jesus exist in heaven before He came to Earth as the Savior of the World, born of a human woman? This angel takes you by the hand as did those who saved Lot and his family from the destruction of Sodom, and together both of you fly through time in an instant in a flash of light to the archives of God's Library. There the angel loses his hold of your hand and you find yourself staring down the annals of eternity present and past looking upon an endless corridor of time, down an aisle filled with records on both the left and rights sides, extending upwards for some seven hundred miles in height.

A vast recorded heavenly library and this is only the (J) for Jesus aisle. The angel then speaks to you and says that Jesus "The Only Begotten Son of God" can only be rightly understood when you know Him by one of the many names He bears. The angel then takes hold of your hand again and with a flash, you find yourself once again peering down a different aisle this time you're in the (M) section of the same library. The angel says to you "Now we can begin" and he takes you to the area of the (M) followed by the (I) and pulls off the shelf a book bearing the name of MICHAEL inscribed on the cover in "The PUREST of GOLD" in all capital letters the name MICHAEL with the caption below His name that reads "THE ONE who IS as GOD IS."

Then the angel looks at you and with a starry flash of both his eyes, he tells you of the "PLAN of REDEMPTION" formulated by the FATHER to recover a fallen creation long before the creation itself fell away from the family of God, even before the world was. The angel recalls to you the heavenly "war" that broke out in heaven because of "the rebellious fallen angel Lucifer known as the "son of the morning" " the covering cherub of God, the highest angelic leader of the Host of heaven when MICHAEL addressed him. The angel then reads the words of God given to the prophet of God to record for those who would live upon the fallen Earth after it fell away from God. This dialog is between MICHAEL and Lucifer when the war that raged in heaven was determined by the GOD, that those involved i.e. Lucifer and the one-third of the host of heaven that sided with him in his rebellion, should be cast out of heaven. MICHAEL SPEAKS: How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. (Isa 14:12-14)

The question now was "where would the rebel angel be cast out to?" What would be a fitting place in the "JUSTICE" of GOD that this rebellious angel and his army be cast out? Since Lucifer turned Satan was already on the planet God chose to create for inhabited life Satan moved to possess the one creature he knew that would fascinate and mesmerize anyone who looked upon it. The arch-enemy watched as God formed the material body of Adam from the dust of the ground and fashioned it as the potter does the clay. This would be his target of deception or so he thought at the time. The very position Lucifer coveted in heaven that of to be "God Himself", God now designed a being made in His (own image), the image of God that Lucifer coveted. Lucifer didn't desire to be "like" God, he wanted to be GOD Himself. His (own self-pride and exaltation) of self, moved him to overthrow the Throne of God for himself.

All of this goal of Lucifer even before he fell from God's Grace while he was yet the covering cherub without any taint of rebellion. God looked within and saw his "yet to be designed" plans for the usurpation of the throne in heaven. Lucifer himself didn't yet realize his hidden iniquity within. This is why Iniquity is called a "MYSTERY" there's no known explanation for its existence. 2Th 2:7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. Iniquity is the one thing that God did NOT create, it's celestial cancer an imperfection within perfection itself in the creation of God. Did God know that this celestial cancer of Iniquity would manifest itself in the heart of Lucifer? YES! God knows all things past, present, and future in real-time.

When God told Lucifer "Thou wast perfect in thy ways" from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee. (Eze 28:15) God was NOT saying that Lucifer was "perfect" as being Lucifer the covering cherub, the "son of the morning", but that his "ways", his responsibility for heavens host, his work when he worked at it was "perfect" without flaw was the guidance of Lucifer as the highest-created angel. It was the perfect "work" of Lucifer, "his ways", "his responsibility" before God NOT Lucifer himself because God already knew of the iniquity within him. The question presented to Lucifer of "How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning? Speaks volumes in its presentation from MICHAEL to Lucifer. The word "how" implies and calls for an answer. How could you let this happen Lucifer?

Then the angel turns your attention to the next event after this discourse between MICHAEL and Lucifer. Lucifer, now realizing within himself that something appeared to be "imperfect" within himself, he began to feel personal rage against MICHAEL as he knew that MICHAEL had created him and he began to hate GOD. His "Lucifers" next move would be to foster the spirit of full open rebellion against the authority of God. Lucifer began to whisper "sweet nothings" into the hearing of the angelic host. Lucifer blamed God for his rebellion in that God must have made a mistake in him, and that is why he is having these feelings of rebellion, these thoughts of desiring the very throne of God. The more he mused on his imperfection, the more deep-seated the iniquity became.

The now rebel angel sowed the seeds of deception among the angelic host claiming that "If he were God" he could do things better than God, and he certainly wouldn't have such a flaw within himself as he accused God of having by creating himself not so perfect after all. Lucifer convinced a third of heaven's host of angels to join him in the rebellion and become his angels his and his army against God's rule. And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. (Rev 12:7-9) Now you know why Lucifer could watch the forming of Adam, he was already on the Earth "In the Beginning."

The word "third" is used in scripture some 159 times in 182 verses and at no time is it used in reference to the word "angel or angels." The reference verse used to signify a third of heavens host who sided with Lucifer is the verse "And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth. (Rev 12:4(a)). Since a third of the literal stars of heaven could not be on the Earth, the verse eludes to another explanation as to what is the meaning of the word "stars." Since we know that an angel appeared as a star to the Shepherds in the field announcing the birth of the Anointed of God, it is believed that this "third part of the stars of heaven" is a reference to a third of the angels who believed Lucifers lies.

Now the attending angel takes you the (C) section of the heavenly archives and draws your attention to the word CREATION. He reveals to you that the creation of the Earth was completed in the mind of the Creator before it was (actually created) as a physical creation. He STOPS! The angel moves from the (Cr) section of the archives to the (He) section and pulls a record with a cover that reads "Heavenly Council", and opens the record to the section that bears the record "Council of Peace." He explains to you that what you've already learned about Jesus as being the Savior of the World is just a part of who He is. The angel explains that long before the "In the Beginning Began" as recorded in the book of God, many millennia of years in eternity past a "Secret Council" was called by GOD with only three attendants (The FATHER, MICHAEL, and the SPIRIT of GOD) were the only three in the council. The habit of GOD in calling various councils for various purposes is also recorded in the Book of God's WORDS in the record of Job. "Again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD. (Job 2:1(a))

God has these meetings and councils when He deems them necessary. Long before the Earth ever existed as the Earth, GOD saw the Earth as HIS next creation as a part of His overall creation. This new creation would be brought about by God as a "New Galaxy" with millions and billions of stars and heavenly bodies that would be added to the already existing galaxies of creation. When the scripture states that "He made the stars also", And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also. (Gen 1:16) Is not speaking of all the Universe of stars and other inhabited worlds and galaxies. It speaks only of the immediate galaxy with its SUN, MOON, and STARS. What you call the "Milky Way Galaxy. It was this Galaxy, its Sun, Moon, and Stars that GOD states in His word as being or coming into being "In the Beginning." It's the Galaxy that contains your EARTH, Sun, Moon, and Stars.

What you now know as "Deep Space" with all the Galaxies that your technology allows you to see, have existed from eternity past and will continue from eternity present, and throughout all eternity with God. They have never fallen as did your Galaxy, and your entire Galaxy was affected by that fall into Iniquity. GOD foresaw this and because He knows all things, He decreed a council between the GODHEAD to discuss the solution to the problem. In this council, the all-wise heavenly FATHER determined to recover His creation of your Galaxy and called MICHAEL before the Throne. He presented to MICHAEL the plan of redemption and the way of escape from the rebel angels' clutches. His presentation involved a willful act but was also a willful choice it could be refused or accepted.

The FATHER addresses MICHAEL who would fight against the dragon when the future war would occur against Lucifer who would willfully choose to fall from Grace and proposed the question to MICHAEL. The QUESTION!

MICHAEL, when the time comes will you (in order to make peace) in the Creation choose to leave this high estate, to be born as a part of the creation itself to redeem it back to our family? Without hesitation because of the purest of AGAPE LOVE, MICHAEL agrees willfully knowing that He must "die as BOTH God and man" upon the Earth to affect the redemption and peach once again within the family of GOD when the time came. This is what is meant "WHEN THE FULLNESS OF TIME WAS COME." But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons. (Gal 4:4,5)

The record of the "Council of Peach" was revealed to Zechariah the priest and prophet of GOD in "And speak unto him, (MICHAEL) saying, Thus speaketh the LORD of hosts, (The entire GODHEAD) saying, Behold the man (JESUS CHRIST) whose name is The BRANCH; and he shall grow up (On the EARTH) out of his (Rightful) place, and he (JESUS CHRIST) shall build the temple (Chruch) of the LORD: Even he (JESUS CHRIST) shall build the temple of the LORD; and he (MICHAEL as JESUS CHRIST) shall bear the glory, (Retain His name MICHAEL after the Resurrection) and shall sit and rule upon his throne; (AS the Great High Priest) and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both. (The FATHER and MICHAEL) (Zec 6:12,13). The angel reveals to you that MICHAEL is JESUS and that JESUS is MICHAEL one in the same person with two different names, both of which designate GOD.

Now the angel in the archives takes you once again by the hand and with a flash returns you back to the top of the mountain. He bids you farewell and tells you to return the same way you came, then he just fades into the thin air and all you can hear is the whisper of the breeze as you look around and see the Garden of Eden below you. You look around and search for some sign of the angelic archive custodian you just encountered, but there's no one but yourself. You find a comfortable place to sit down and close your eyes in silence for about 10-15 minutes. Then without opening your eyes in your mind's eye, you begin your journey home. As you begin to pick up speed the stars appear to "melt" into the rear of your travel as you speed through the Universe of God, entering now outer "deep space" of the second heaven, you quickly speed across Galaxies and arrive at the Milky Way Galaxy where you begin your descent and your speed begins reducing, slower and slower now the stars appear to be fixed in their settings as sacred jewels upheld by the very word of God.

You enter the Earth's atmosphere and the clouds below you appear and take form, and as quickly as you left, you've arrived once again to the place where your journey began, and your conscientiousness returns to the present moment and you open your eyes. The Sun is shining brightly and the breeze is cool when it hits your face. You ponder for a moment of what you just experienced. Your only desire now is to search out the Word of God for everything appertaining to Jesus Christ. You know already that He was born of a woman in Bethlehem and grew up in Nazareth, and baptized by His cousin John in the Jordon River just East of Jericho. You also know that the very same day in 27 A.D. that GOD spoke audibly from heaven that said "And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. (Mat 3:17) And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him. (Mat 3:16 ) Here are the same THREE that were in the Council of Peace! The FATHER, the SPIRIT of God, here in the form of a "dove" and MICHAEL in the form of JESUS the Savior of the World, now ANOINTED as the CHRIST for His mission agreed upon together between them BOTH.

Now you discover that the "Greatest Story Ever Told", has a much greater meaning and involves issues that ONLY GOD could conceive of in His infinite wisdom. You begin to see JESUS not only as God the Son, but as very GOD HIMSELF in the SON. Your starting to grasp somewhat the Love of God for all of His creation, not just that of man who gave His life in your place on some rugged Cross. You're beginning to get the bigger picture now and you see JESUS as the Loving God He really is. When Jesus finished His ministry on Earth in the flesh, He returned to sit upon His Throne as the Great High Priest for those who would accept Him as Savior. Jesus retained His name MICHAEL as is stated by the prophet Daniel in chapter 12:1 "And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book."

Daniel was a Hebrew along with his three Hebrew friends Azariah, Mishael, and Hananiah. The only "great prince" of the Hebrew people is JESUS CHRIST the Savior of the World. It is because of the Council of Peace that Jesus is called the "Prince of Peace." For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. (Isa 9:6 ) The Greatest Story Ever Told, has only been told in part as many are not aware of the actual person of Jesus Christ. Jesus was NOT known as the Son of God in heaven before His accomplished completed work of Redemption on Earth. He was known only as MICHAEL the head, the overhead ARCH over the angels.

The English word ARCH means: As a noun "Chief, highest, most important", as the verb "overarch" it means "Form an arch over." Since there can be no other "Chief, highest, most important" in heaven other than GOD, then MICHAEL whose name means the "ONE who IS as GOD IS" is also the same MICHAEL found in Daniel 12:1 and again in Jude 9. Jude 9 reads: "Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed (It was the devil disputing here) about the body of Moses, (Michael DID NOT) durst not bring against him (the Devil) a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee. Jude was NOT saying that MICHAEL Himself the ONE who IS as GOD IS, is an (angel). The word archangel means the highest of the created angels that is now Gabriel. Since Michael is GOD and NOT a created being as are the angels, the word ARCHANGEL here simply designates the one over all the created angels i.e. MICHAEL as used here. The one who created the angels who was MICHAEL as angels are created beings. MICHAEL on the other hand is GOD He is the self-existing eternal ONE with the FATHER, the CREATOR.

The use of the word "archangel" in Jude 9 is a reference to the one who is over all the Angelic Host of Heaven who appeared to Joshua on the West of Jericho, just before the children of Israel entered the promised lands. Here the pre-incarnate Jesus Christ in the form of MICHAEL appeared to Joshua. And it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted up his eyes and looked, and, behold, there stood a man over against him with his sword drawn in his hand: and Joshua went unto him, and said unto him, Art thou for us, or for our adversaries? And he said, Nay; but as captain of the host of the LORD am I now come. And Joshua fell on his face to the earth, and did worship, and said unto him, What saith my lord unto his servant? And the captain of the LORD'S host said unto Joshua, Loose thy shoe from off thy foot; for the place whereon thou standest is holy. And Joshua did so. (Jos 5:13-15)

Take note here: Had this just been a mere angel in the form of a man, He would NOT have received worship from Joshua. MICHAEL told Joshua the same thing He told Moses on Mt' Horeb. To lose his sandals because He stood on holy ground. The same I AM that I AM told Moses the same thing, because it's only where GOD IS, that a cursed particular part of the Earth can be transformed from a curse to become holy ground. Michael speaking to Moses! "And when the LORD saw that he turned aside to see, God called unto him out of the midst of the bush, and said, Moses, Moses. And he said, Here am I. And he said, Draw not nigh hither: put off thy shoes from off thy feet, for the place whereon thou standest is holy ground. (Exo 3:4,5)

Another verification that MICHAEL in Jude 9 is GOD and not an archangel other than being the leader over the heavenly host of angels i.e. the Captain of the Host of GOD. Is the fact that ONLY GOD knew the burial place of Moses as it was God who buried His servant Moses. "And the LORD said unto him, This is the land which I sware unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, saying, I will give it unto thy seed: I have caused thee to see it with thine eyes, but thou shalt not go over thither. So Moses the servant of the LORD died there in the land of Moab, according to the word of the LORD. And he buried him in a valley in the land of Moab, over against Bethpeor: but no man knoweth of his sepulchre unto this day. (Deu 34:4-6)

No one but GOD knew the gravesite of Moses, so only GOD could come to his grave. In Jude 9 it was GOD called MICHAEL the [ONE who IS as GOD IS] and Michael Himself spoke in the third person when He told Satan "The Lord rebuke thee!" He could have said "I'm the Lord and I rebuke you Satan for arguing with me over this resurrection of my servant Moses." The translators were correct here in using the word (L)ord as it signifies Jesus Christ the Lord. Whereas the word LORD all capital signifies JEHOVAH, ELOHIM, the GODHEAD in its entirety, so the word Lord in this verse identifies MICHAEL with JESUS.

Friends, do you know who Jesus really IS? Do you know Him as GOD, as MICHAEL, as the Lord, as the Savior of the World, as CHRIST, as the Redeemer of the creation of God. Or do you just know of Him? There are many times in scripture where the pre-incarnate Jesus Christ interacted with men and women. One of the first records of Jesus interacting with a non-Hebrew was when He spoke with Hagar the Egyptian maidservant of the wife of Abraham. "And the angel of the LORD found her by a fountain of water in the wilderness, by the fountain in the way to Shur. And he said, Hagar, Sarai's maid, whence camest thou? and whither wilt thou go? And she said, I flee from the face of my mistress Sarai. And the angel of the LORD said unto her, Return to thy mistress, and submit thyself under her hands." (Gen 16:7-9 ) Here the use of the word in all capitals of "LORD" signifies GOD here called again an "angel" of the LORD.

Whom was it? An angel or the LORD? It was the Lord, (Jesus) LORD, (GOD) MICHAEL, (GOD) the ONE who IS as GOD IS, that appeared to Hagar.

I could go on and on but what would it suffice? The Greatest Story Ever Told was NOT told completely. It was a story UNTOLD and many today because of the story told and the movie with the same title only have a kinder garden understanding of the whole picture as found in the Word of God.
