IT’S A SAD DAY IN AMERICA

When a DRUNK ex-con who was passed out in a "Wendy's drive-through" knowing that he was both in violation of his "parole" and the "law" who was rightfully and justifiably "shot to death" for his rebellion, his assault upon and firing upon a law enforcement officer, and resisting arrest can in the aftermath cause destruction by fire on a Wendy's which had nothing to do with his death other than placing a 911 call to clear their drive-through and then a bunch of "thugs" like "Rayshard Brooks" himself burn down the establishment of Wendy's putting the business and its employees out of work and racism played absolutely "no role" in his death.

I pray and hope Officer Garrett Rolfe and Officer Devin Brosnanare are completely exonerated from the charges levied against them both. They did their job and they did it well and within guidelines for law enforcement standards. Rayshard Brooks gave up his own life when he violated his parole and chased after a totally strange woman NOT his wife, but the media is keeping that aspect from the public. The truth is the manwas in Atlanta to meet a woman he "himself" stated drove a black Volvo.

QUESTION:

If he and his wife had a black Volvo, why did he need a rental car?
Was "Rayshard Brooks" estranged from his wife?
Why hasn't the woman he says dropped him off at Wendy's been identified?
If his sister according to him lived just blocks away from his death at Wendys, why was he as he says "staying as a motel" if he was in Atlanta as he and his supposed wife says to visit on thier daughters eight birthday, unless he was either "cheating on his wife" or lying the whole time? The 27-year-old had been sleeping in his car, he wasn't sleeping he was "past out" from excessive alcohol consumption drivng drunk and could have if left alone possibly have killed an innocent person or family trying to drive back to the motel where he supposedly told the officer he was staying.
Why if he was so happily married was he staying at a motel? The fact is he was cheating on his wife with another woman he kept calling "baby" in the video.

The fact is the wife of Rayshard Brooks, who was shot by police outside a Wendy's restaurant in Atlanta on Friday - the weekend of their daughter's eighth birthday - said she cannot watch the videos of her [COMMON LAW] husband being killed. This too is another lie unless she decided at their wedding to maintain a different name other than Brooks, for her name is Tomika Miller. Miller said Brooks "was a great man." Yeah, so great that he was an ex-con on parole. People like this don't know what great is obviously, it's just more "race-baiting" and nothing else coming from the actual racist.

The facts are and it will come out in court that Rayshard Brooks was an alcoholic drunk parole violater ex-con who brought about his own death because he was to unintelligent to stay clean and law-abiding after he was paroled from prison on a charge of previously being convicted of False Imprisonment, Simple Battery/Family i.e beating either the woman of the children, Battery Simple and Felony Cruelty/Cruelty to Children, the Daily Mail reported. And Tomika Miller in her ignorance states that Rayshard Brooks "was a great man." The dad-of-four was sentenced to one year in prison and six on probation [Six-year Probation] for one count, and 12 months [of PROBATION each for the other three charges, making his total probation of 9 years of PROBATION] for each of the three other counts. Six for the first crime and 3 for the other three crimes. YEAH he was great alright!

After a revised sentencing, he was sent back to prison in July 2016. This means his "revised sentencing" revoked his probation and back to prison he went in 2016. Brooks served his original "year" then from mid 2014 to mid 2015 got out and placed on parole i.e. probation and then a year later in 2016 in July had his parole revoked and went back into prison in mid 2016. How long he served from July 2016 to when he was again paroled is not specified. From mid 2016 to his death in 2020 there's no telling how many times he broke his parole, but in June of 2020 he broke it his last time. In December 2019, a warrant was issued for his arrest, which was revoked a month later. Reports indicate Brooks was on probation the night of his death. Documents cited by the Mail indicate Brooks would have been jailed [Sent Back to Prison] if he was arrested for a DUI. The sobriety test Rolfe and Brosnan administered registered Brooks' blood-alcohol level at .108 percent. The legal limit is .08, he was ten times over the legal limit and the man was skunkfaced DRUNK.

In my opinion as an ex D.O.D. who worked law enforcement while on active duty in the USN, this man got just what he deserved and it doesn't matter what his color was or is, he was a habitual menace to his own family and to society as the charges that landed him into prison in the first place reveals.

False Imprisonment i.e. (Kidnapping)
Simple Battery/Family (Slapping either Tomika or the kids around)

Felony Cruelty/Cruelty to Children (Felony Cruelty indicates a habitual practice of continuing battery and therefore becomes a FELONY when minors are abused physically)

WHAT KIND OF "GREAT MAN" or rather how can one see him as a great man unless they have their eyes "wide shut" to the reality of social behavior? No, friends, Mr. Rayshard Brooks entered eternity drunk as a skunk and a criminal of society, and race played absolutely "no role" in his demise. The only person responsible for his death is HIMSELF ALONE, and both the officers should when this is all over with and they are exonerated as they should be, should sue the Atlanta Police Department, the D.A. and the City of Atlanta for all their worth because they "themselves" were willfully and purposely discriminated against simply for doing the job they were trained to do.
