FINDING GOD!

Finding GOD!

Is NOT about you finding Him, but Him finding you! Any so-called Christian who thinks they have found God is a delusion on their part. Once any individual is led by the Holy Spirit to acknowledge God as their Savior, it's God's doing NOT your own. Then unless you have faith that it's God and NOT yourself that drew you to belief, you cannot please GOD! Heb 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God (Because God draws them to Himself) must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. NOW! Without the added words: Heb 11:6 But without faith impossible to please for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. Jesus said: "Joh 6:44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.

We may seek God and we may find Him, but it is He that initiates the process. We cannot of ourselves just choose to follow God's way, that is presumption friends. This lady found out the hard way that her faith and belief was a sham before God.

You can read her story here: https://www.huffpost.com/entry/pastor-lost-faith-belief-system-now_n_608ead28e4b0b9042d937542

Insincere belief and faith is neither belief nor faith, and this lady discovered it too late. She is now realizing that what she thought was faith enough to become a minister, turns out to be a "sham faith" as she left the ministry. Had her belief in God and her faith in God been authentic, she would never have left the ministry. She was living a lie and she knew it all along. The problem with this kind of believer is NOT God, but the individual who thinks they know God. Mankind cannot know God as they should and Jesus said: Mat 11:27 All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him. Which is the first rule of true faith. Faith towards God must be exercised with this knowledge that you can never really know God or His ways. He is beyond human comprehension, but humans must through faith attempt to know God, knowing that they can't ever really understand Him.

This is why FAITH is so important! That faith must be built on the foundation of "hope" in Jesus Christ alone. 1Jn 3:3 And every man that hath this hope in him (the "in him" here is NOT the individuals hope, but the "in him" here used is Jesus Christ) purifieth himself, even as he (Jesus Christ) is pure. IT'S THE IN-CHRIST MOTIF! It is "in Christ" that the individual has "hope" and that hope is exhibited by and through FAITH alone. Heb 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, (FAITH IS) the evidence of things not seen. Heb 11:3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. If God and He does can "frame an entire WORLD" by His word, He can certainly "frame within us" the ability to have and exercise FAITH towards His works within us. It is we that fail God and this lady above hasn't figured that out yet apparently. How can a man/woman "purify themselves?" IT IS ONLY "IN CHRIST JESUS" ALONE, that the FATHER sees purity in any human being.

When a human being believes that they have lost their faith, then they never had faith to begin with. They never had Jesus Christ to begin with, they only thought they had Him because their belief in Him wasn't genuine faith in Him. As Paul stated: FAITH is a real tangible "substance" that cannot be seen, felt, or heard. It can only be exhibited by an individual and then it can be seen by another who recognizes FAITH for what it really IS. Faith in and towards God is NOT of this world, it's a gift from God. Therefore, if God has given you this GIFT, and you recognize it's a GIFT from God, you will NOT lose your faith. You will hopefully attempt to grow your faith through the study of God's Word, and prayer on a daily basis. NOTE: The several quotes from the above fake minister's article!

1. "the faith that I had first come to late in my 20s." The fact that she believed "she came to faith" is the first clue to her dilemma. She came to faith! What FAITH did she come to? A faith of her own making which is NOT true faith at all, but a false faith conjured up within ones-self. A person under the age of 30 years hasn't lived long enough on Earth to understand true faith.

2. "about whether or not there is a God" here she identifies the problem. She didn't even believe there was a God when she became a supposed minister.

This is all too frequent in modern churches. Many who claim to be ministers don't have a clue about God, and they use God as though He was a tool.

3. "Since I'd never read the Bible, I enrolled in a two-year study that began with Genesis and ended with the Revelation." One cannot know God or the God of scripture sufficiently in a two-year study, it takes a lifetime lived in the study of scripture and even then one cannot know God as He should be known.

4. "A year into the course",

5. "Four years later, I entered seminary." Here is the atypical "in the faith" minister of today. She didn't know God's word sufficiently to be called into the ministry by God, she chose to be a minister and that isn't a call from God into the ministry.

6. "I preached the love of God and the grace of Jesus", but it was all a sham as she didn't know either God's love, nor His grace, and she separates Jesus from God as all too many today do. Jesus IS GOD!

7. "Increasingly, though, I struggled with doubt - about God's presence, about God's trustworthiness." Who does this lady think she was to represent? Many ministers of today are all too eager to represent their church denominations, and they leave God outside their hearts. No wonder she lost her interest in God.

8. "about the meaning of the Church in the world and the truth of its foundational tenets." This is proof that she did not know Jesus and yet stood before the people as though she did, she was living a lie, just like the late Ravi Zacharias and many others today claiming to represent Jesus Christ. Jesus said: Joh 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. The "truth of its (the Churches) foundational tenets is Jesus Christ and nothing more, which proves that this so-called minister didn't have a clue as to whom she called God.

9. "The shame I felt about my wavering faith kept me from being honest." So she was a dishonest minister based on what she "felt" and that is her downfall. FAITH, true faith has nothing to do with "feelings" nor our "emotions" in any sense, otherwise, it's NOT true FAITH. FAITH and FEELINGS are NOT synonymous in any fashion, shape, or form. True FAITH plays no part in the feelings or emotions of a human being.

10. "I believed I wasn't supposed to succumb to serious doubts, that if I did I was failing my parishioners. Here is the atypical preacher's mindset. They think the ones who attend their church denominations somehow belong to them. They do not realize that the people are the church of the Living God and are NOT parishioners belonging to them. There is NO me nor my when it comes to representing the Savior of the World.

11. "Fourteen years after I was ordained, I left ministry and went to work for our county's domestic violence and rape crisis center." If one truly knows God, they cannot and do not leave the ministry if they have been "called by God" into the ministry.

When you hear any preacher state that they have lost their faith and left the ministry, they never had the call into the ministry in the first place. They would do well to leave the ministry under that circumstance, as they are more of a danger to people than any help spiritually.

12. "I could not understand why the God who supposedly had numbered the hairs on our heads would not show up for these women." Here is another proof that this woman lived off her feelings and NOT from true faith in God. God shows up every morning to everyone who wakes out of sleep. Each heartbeat every 1.6 seconds is a blessing from God, and throughout the day the heart beats some 54,000 times during a 24 hour period. Each beat is a blessing and each beat is proof that God shows up for YOU every 1.6 seconds of the day.

13. "I railed at the thought that any of our suffering is redemptivethat it serves some secret purpose of God's." This woman never knew Jesus Christ nor His Cross. When Jesus said this: Mar 10:21 Then Jesus beholding him loved him, and said unto him, One thing thou lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, take up the cross, and follow me. Jesus used the definite article of "the" in this statement which indicated His own cross of self denial He said thake up "the cross" His cross. The suffering of any Christian is redemptive in that it's the "Offense of the Cross" and this lady didn't have a clue about reality and she was NOT called to the ministry, she called herself and that is why she couldn't maintain her fake faith.

Enough about this so-called preacher, you can read her story from the link above. I make this short essay to give you some insight into what and how a fake preacher conducts themselves. If you listen to them closely, you can pick up on their phony personas and then you can make a decision as to whether or not you believe anything they say.
