NOT a LAW People!

Are the American (Babyboomer's)! Every generation after them is nothing but "spoiled brats" that think the nation "owes them something". This lady "broke the medical suggestion" and others who are ignorant American's try to make a big issue out of this ladies' disregard of the stay in place order AN ORDER IS NOT A LAW!. It doesn't matter if it's a (new law) or an "old law" already on the books. The law is the law, however, even though the individual state governors and the Federal government itself are "totally wrong" about a "stay-in-place" lockdown due to a pandemic, I never recall Congress who makes the laws ever convened to make any lockdown stay at home order (the Law of the land). It's NOT a law people it's just a medical suggestion!

Police and law enforcement are showing their own ignorance by enforcing something that's NOT an actual law. It's a medical suggestion and was never made any law, therefore any law enforcement official is subject to a lawsuit for arresting people as though the suggestion was a law. Just because a governor or even the president himself makes a suggestion to "stay-in-place" doesn't mean it an enforceable law. PEOPLE it's NOT a (law) it's a medical suggestion! The fact that people think it's a (real law) just because the president, an over-the-hill Dr. Fauchi, a very uninformed Dr. Deborah Birx suggests it, doesn't make it as law.

If the Constitution of America is followed and still is accepted as the (law of the land) then and only then if Congress convenes, makes a law, sends it to the president and he then signs it as a law, then and only then is law enforcement justified in enforcing that law. THAT HAS NOT BEEN DONE PEOPLE! The fact that the majority of the American people think it's law only shows their (own) ignorance. When Americans fall into line as they have during this pandemic and are not able to determine the difference between a medical suggestion and an actual law, they deserve to be arrested simply on the grounds of ignorance.

However, as far as I'm aware there is NO LAW, no grounds for arresting someone because they're STUPID. Since stupidity rules the generations born after the Babyboomers they deserve to be treated as the ignorant masses they are. No Supreme Court, no Governor, not the President, Fauchi, nor Birx, not the Surgeon general, not the CDC, not the WHO, no one but Congress according to the Constitution has the legal right to make any (law). You are not under any law that says you must stay at home during this pandemic people.

You are treated as ignorant because you are ignorant that you think it's some kind of law. That is why law enforcement arrest people they think have broken the law of shelter in place. Every presidential Coronavirus Taskforce briefing that you hear if you listen, you will hear the words "voluntary", "suggestion", "Urge", "Policies", "Guidelines", "Stay-at-Home Order" etc. The (stay-at-home) suggestion is just that "it's a suggestion", "it's voluntary" IT IS NOT AND HAS NOT BEEN SIGNED INTO LAW BY THE PRESIDENT. No law enforcement official has any legal grounds to arrest you based on a voluntary suggestion or urging you to follow a (non-law).

This is why I say that all generations born after the Babyboomers are actually socially "ignorant" in that they can't tell the difference between a suggestion and a law. They will willfully submit to being arrested not realizing that there has NEVER been a (law made) nor signed into law by the president any such law as "Shelter in Place, Stay at Home, or Self Quarantine at home" if you and get this word clear in your mind, if you THINK you might be infected with Coronavirus. There are many hypochondriacs who THINK they might have it. For them let them follow the voluntary suggestions of the Task Force, but if your healthy there's NO LAW on the books that say you can't go to the local park.

Unless the Constitution has been made "null and void" without the American people's knowledge of it, then the First Amendment to that Constitution protects YOU from being arrested for leaving your home even during a viral pandemic, if there has been (NO LAW) made by Congress that says that you can't. To my knowledge, there is NO SUCH LAW!
