Modern-Day Christians

Are as milk toast as they can be. They follow traditions in the place of truth. Most of them are so misinformed that they cannot accept the real truth. They believe in all kinds of error and preach it to others as truth.

EXAMPLE: Armageddon! None of today's modern Christians have a clue about Armageddon. They all believe that Armageddon is some battle fought between Russia, Iran, Turkey, in the valley of Meggido of which there is no such place. Megiddo was a small satellite community in the Carmel Mountain range at the base of the range that opens into the Valley of Jezreel. Megiddo is known for its historical, geographical, and theological importance, especially under its Greek name Armageddon. Megiddo drew much of its importance from its strategic location at the northern end of the Wadi Ara defile, which acts as a pass through the Carmel Ridge, and from its position overlooking the rich Jezreel Valley from the west.

There is no such place as Armageddon! Armageddon is the Greek name for Miggido. The battle, the last battle to be fought in the area of Megiddo will be between Jesus Christ and the wicked followers of Satans church. NO NOT the church of Satan, but the followers of Satan will be defeated by Jesus Christ when He returns, thus the battle will be short-lived fought and won within minutes of the arrival of Jesus Christ back to this earth. Why will and what causes the battle of Armageddon to only last within minutes? To understand this one must view the events of the Resurrection of Jesus Christ the morning the angel came to roll back the stone from the entrance of the tomb of Jesus. This event only lasted for minutes as the guards of the tomb fell down as dead men when the angel appeared.

Mat 28:1-4 In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre. And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it. His countenance was like lightning, and his raiment white as snow: And for fear of him the keepers did shake, and became as dead men.

This same event will be repeated once again when Jesus arrives back on the scene of humanity. The scripture states the following: Mat 24:27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. When this takes place the living "wicked" of the earth will all fall down as dead men and when this happens the way of the "kings of the east" will be prepared, just as the way for the women who came to the tomb the morning of the resurrection was prepared by the presence of the angel who rolled back the stone from the tomb of Jesus. Rev 16:12 And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared. Jesus returns back to earth during the sixth plague. When the scripture states: 2Th 2:8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, (the Word of GOD) and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming. This verse is however NOT speaking of the second coming of Jesus but speaks to that of His THIRD coming after the 1000 years expire. It will be the third coming of Jesus when the "wicked revealed" will be consumed and destroyed after the 1000 years expire.

Rev 20:7-9 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea. And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.

It's after the "beloved city" i.e. the New Jerusalem is upon this earth, that the wicked revealed to the entire Universe is consumed and destroyed. The word "devour" means "destroyed completely!" There's no such thing as an eternal ongoing destroying of the wicked. They will be consumed and destroyed completely. This is in accordance with the love of God, as God will NOT perpetuate eternal sin by allowing sinners and the wicked to be alive in the state of sin for all eternity. According to God's word the results of sin and wickedness which is "eternal death," itself will finally be destroyed in the Lake of Fire. 1Co 15:26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death. QUESTION: If death is destroyed, that means no one else can die after it's destroyed, and after it's destroyed and there is no more death and the word here used as death means eternal death, the total separation from God for all eternity. In order for eternal death to be destroyed means that all those who are slated for eternal death in the Lake of Fire will "DIE" eternally in those flames before death is destroyed "last" and then death itself will be destroyed from God's Universe for all eternity and no one else angel of human can die from that point forward.

There's no such scripture teaching in the Word of God that states the destruction of the wicked is an eternal, ongoing, punishing in the flames of the Lake of Fire. The term the Lake of Fire and the term "hell" are NOT synonymous. The word hell is used in scripture 54 times, and in only three of those instances does it refer to the Lake of Fire destruction of the wicked. You have been taught a lie for generations concerning the destruction of the wicked. No such thing as any "eternal hellfire burning without end!" This doctrine is a doctrine of the Roman Catholic Church alone and is NOT scripture truth. Nowhere in scripture does it state that the destruction of the wicked is eternal burning! The verses such as: Mar 9:43,44 And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter into life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched: Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched. When Jesus spoke this He did NOT mean the "hell" as many presume as hell.

Common sense should tell you in the phrase Jesus used here of "it is better for thee to enter into life maimed" is NOT speaking of eternal life as there will be "no maimed" individuals in heaven. It's speaking of entering into eternal life with Jesus in the here and now "unmaimed" in this life both physically and spiritually. The phrase Jesus used as "having two hands to go into hell" means that if you're a thief who steals, it's better if you cut off your own hand in this life and repent and turn from your wicked ways NOW, rather than enter the "grave" i.e. "hell" i.e. the "pit" i.e. the "bottomless pit" that is bottomless as long as their is a life lived to enter the physical death, the pit, the grave, i.e. hell here is bottomless, a bottomless pit as long as there is someone to die and enter into it."IT'S BOTTOMLESS!" The phrase Jesus used here of "into the fire that never shall be quenched" eludes to the destroying fires of Gehenna and to His Hebrew hearers, they "got it." As the Greek Gehenna identified the trench outside the city walls of Jerusalem where the cities "rubbish was always burning in one place or the other". Other places within this ditch/trench where there was no fire burning, the worms i.e. "maggots" worked the spoiled food and appeared to always be present. Thus the phrase "Where their worm dieth not", because the fires were not present in those areas of the rubbish trench. The phrase Jesus used as "and the fire is not quenched" speaks of the ongoing fires within this trench that would be rekindled as people threw more burnable trash on the already burning coals from a previous fire set and it appeared that those specific fires were never extinguished and burned constantly. Nowhere in this discourse of Jesus does it mean that the word "hell" is speaking of eternal, ongoing fire. That has been read into the scripture and is not biblical truth. Hell, as used here means the grave, and once one enters the grave, if they are a thief, if they have not repented, then the end result for them will be destroyed by fire in the Lake of Fire. THIS IS WHAT JESUS WAS TEACHING here, not that "hell" i.e. the grave is eternal or that the destruction of the wicked is eternal and ongoing.

Just as Gehenna destroyed the rubbish thrown into it so too will the Lake of Fire destroy and burn up eternally those thrown into it, and after it's done its work, then God will extinguish the flames and the earth will be purged by fire from sin and wickedness for all eternity. The Hebrews "GOT IT" but modern mankind doesn't "GET IT" and they preach a lie concerning the destruction of the wicked of the Earth. WHY? Because they had rather believe a lie than believe the truth! The lie makes more sense to them because they do NOT believe God nor see Him as a loving God. They had rather see God as some sort of celestial ogre who will perpetuate eternal sin in some ongoing eternal flame than to admit they are wrong about the destruction of the wicked. You see they can't admit the truth of it as that would expose them as false prophets and their church would cease to exist. So too would their income and their conceited arrogant selfishness as seeing themselves as preachers among men.

They choose to believe the popular lie than to stand their ground based on the word of God and they believe they will live with God eternally because they see themselves as men and women of God. MAN are they in for the surprise of their lives! The words "quenched", used 17 times and the words "eternal fire" used once DOES NOT mean a fire that is eternally burning.

EXAMPLE: Jud 1:7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. The phrase used here as "eternal fire" does NOT mean an eternally burning physical fire. It means the results of the fire are eternal as Sodom and Gomorrah is NOT still burning today, but the results of the fire are eternal. The results of the Lake of Fire will be eternal, but NOT the fire itself, that would be impossible as God is going to recreate the Earth as the abode of the redeemed, and this could not be if the flames of destruction were any kind of an eternal, ongoing, forever fire. THIS IS JUST ONE "LIE" YOU'VE BEEN TAUGHT, there are others taught within the churches today that are simply NOT TRUE!

Isaiah the prophet stated: Isa 8:20 To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them. This means that those preachers and ministers who teach an eternally burning hellfire to you, have "no light, no understanding" in them and therefore cannot be trusted as ministers of the truth of God's word. They are all false prophets preaching lies to you. If you are members of their denominations God calls you out of them, but unless you know this, you will remain in their denominations and you will receive the wrath of God against you unless you leave them alone and follow God's word. 2Co 6:17,18 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

Either we get it right the first time around as there will be NO second chance after you enter the grave, or you will be lost to God if you follow these false preachers who follow traditions over and above the TRUTH!
